If we learn to intervene when individuals are exhibiting the first stages of escalation into upset level behavior, we improve our chances of resolving the situation in a positive manner more than 85% of the time. Learn how to recognize the observable signs of tension and apply proven methods to communicate compassionately and responsibly with those that you care for in order to break the cycle of escalation and dysfunction.
