You Are Not Your Habits

Your habits are NOT you! Perhaps you are one of the many people that I have met along my life journey who believe like I used to believe. If you're anything like I am, you think that the habits that you have developed in response to lifes challenges and now project on to the world, are who and what you are.  They are not. Your habits and patterns of behavior are just that, habits and patterns.  They are choices that were made based on lack of understanding and knowledge.  Overtime, you have begun to believe that they are compulsions; they are not.  They are learned behaviors that can be unlearned with proper, consistent effort.  With training, anyone can master the skills necessary to overcome lifes challenges.   We've all heard that a habit can be changed in 21 days, but how many of us would benefit from a coach to guide us and keep us accountable while we practice our new habit? How many of us know how to properly choose and program our selected "good" habit to replace the old "bad" one?  How does one balance ALL of life's many moving parts to properly sync them in to a holistic lifestyle change?  In 15 minutes per day, with focused properly guided meditation and visualization, you can begin to transform your life.
